Custom development, for the businesses whose phone system we already run.
Websites, integration between your systems, artificial intelligence. Designed and written here, by the person who already knows your setup and your calls.
We are not taking on new development clients: our hours go first to the businesses we already support in telephony.

What we build
Six fields, and nothing outside them.
A narrow division does better work than a broad one. Anything not on this list, we say so in the first conversation.
- Websites and web applications
- A public site, a customer portal, an internal tool that replaces a shared spreadsheet. Written by hand, hosted in Canada, with no subscription to a third-party platform.
- Web and VoIP integration
- Your website and your phone system stop being two separate worlds: click to call, the customer file on screen as it rings, a web form that triggers a callback, text messages, calls logged automatically.
- CRM and business system integration
- Connecting what you already own — CRM, accounting, inventory, telephony — so the same piece of data is no longer typed in three places. Contact sync, call history, documents filed where they belong.
- AI development
- Reading and extracting documents (invoices, purchase orders, quotes), call transcription and summaries, an internal assistant that answers from YOUR documents, incoming email triage. Always with a person who validates: AI prepares, it does not decide.
- Local AI, on your own hardware
- A model running on your server or in ours, in Canada: your documents, your calls and your customer files never leave for a foreign service. It takes more work to set up, and it is sometimes the only acceptable option.
- AI training and workshops
- Half a day or a full day with your teams, on your own cases: what the tool does well, what it makes up, what we never hand it. A one-page usage policy stays with you.
Eligibility
DEV serves OpsNode Telecom clients, and no one else.
To work with the DEV division, your telephony must already be managed by OpsNode Telecom. This is a firm condition, not a preference: no development work is taken on outside that client base.
Why. Custom development is done by a small team, and a small team chooses where it invests its time. We put it where we already know the business, its systems and its people — that produces better results, faster, and support that stays the same person for years.
Not a client yet. Telephony is the way in. Start by talking about your phone system; development comes afterwards, if the need is there.
How it works
Five steps, in this order.
Nothing starts before the scope and the price are written down, and you always know which step is under way.
Scoping
A meeting to understand the problem to solve, the tools in place and who uses them. We also say when off-the-shelf software would do: it costs less than custom work.
Written proposal
What will be delivered, what will not, the price and the date. On one page, before a line of code is written.
Development in slices
You get something usable early, then at every slice. Adjustments happen along the way, not at the very end.
Go-live
A planned cutover, testing on real cases, training for the people who will use it. The documentation stays with you.
Follow-up
Fixes and small changes go through the same person as your telephony. One number to call.
Custom software is only worth building if it can still be repaired five years from now.
The code is yours, the accounts are in your name, and what was built is written down. No proprietary platform you can never leave, no black box nobody else could pick up.
Something in mind?
Write to us with what you want to fix and what you use today. Include your company name: we first confirm that your telephony is with us, then the reply comes from the person who will do the work.
